The RaceQuip 120 series multi-layer suit is composed of an outer layer of durable Pyrovatex FRC, backed by a layer of Nomex, and then lined by another layer of Pyrovatex. Pyrovatex offers the maximum combination of overall flame and heat protection, durability, and comfort. This FRC material retains the softness and breathability of cotton, and it will wick away moisture from the skin. Pyrovatex fabric is gentle and non-irritating, even to the most sensitive skin. The treatment process leaves the exterior surface shiny and supple.

Since the Pyrovatex process combines a chemical agent with the raw cotton fibers to create a bond at the molecular level, the garment will retain its flame retardant properties beyond the useful life of the garment with proper care.

All suits are assembled with heavy-duty, multi-needle, over-lock safety stitch machines to provide exceptional seam strength. They feature high-quality, heavy-duty, Nomex-backed brass zippers on FR tape, installed with a double overlap for a more secure front opening. Stylish contrasting armband and full-length leg stripes complement the black accents, including the high-back collar, leg and arm cuffs, epaulets, and beltline, giving RaceQuip suits a unique look and style.

The pleated back panel provides freedom of movement, and the adjustable euro-style belt, deep bag pockets, and boot cuffs add to the overall functionality of the suit. Exceeding SFI 3.2A/5 specs with a TPP rating of 25, the RaceQuip 120 series multi-layer suit offers an outstanding value.
